The Inglis Hi-Power is a Belgian pistol featured in Danger Close: Art of War. The gun in-game is actually a Canadian variant built in 1944 and is used by British forces.

Overview

"This legendary pistol of Belgian origin was designed in 1935 and has since been used in a number of different conflicts by a number of different countries. "
―In-game description

Singleplayer

The weapon of choice of British forces in the EU campaign; first seen in "The Unstoppable", this gun is used by Lt.Col. Gordon in said level. Martin Tharkey also uses it as his standard secondary weapon, except in "Cash for Guns?", where he uses the Glock 18. In Singleplayer, the Hi-Power is wielded with two hands, unlike in Multiplayer, where the player holds it with one hand.

Multiplayer

It is the standard pistol for Her Majesty's Armed Forces, it is unlocked by default along with the other faction specific handguns. It packs more firepower than other guns, say the M9 or the Makarov
