The Second Battle of the Hawaiian Islands was a large-scale engagement between the armed forces of the United States of America, the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China, and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Order of BattleEdit

Initial ConfrontationEdit

On August 7, 2019, the USS Gerald R. Ford, America, and George H.W. Bush launched F-35B Lightning II and F/A-18E Super Hornet fighters to strike at Key Korean Military installations across the Hawaiian Islands. The Koreans responded immediately, scrambling MiG-21 and MiG-29 Fighters. The Chinese Aircraft Carrier Shi Lang also launched J-15 Fighters.

The resulting dogfight lasted for 13 hours, ending in favor of the Korean and Chinese forces. However, many of the fighters were destroyed afterwards trying to attack the US Fleet.

Naval BattleEdit

The next day, a missile hit the USS Vella Gulf, badly damaging it. A US Satellite confirmed that a Chinese destroyer (The Wuhan) had fired the missile. Thus, the longest-lasting naval standoff began, lasting 6 weeks. Missile shields were employed by both sides, making it extremely hard for either side to damage the others' ships.

The Chinese Haikou was able to damage the USS George H.W. Bush and Jason Dunham before the Haikou itself was damaged, along with the Jiangkai II.

On March 13th, Su-34K Sea Fullback naval strike aircraft from the Russian Admiral Kuznetsov successfully sunk the Wuhan and damaged the Jiangkai II. J-15s were scrambled, and one Fullback was shot down. The pilot and co-pilot were killed, the two of them being the only Russian deaths in the entire battle. The Russian destroyer Admiral Panteleyev also damaged the Chinese Submarine Shang. The Russian suprise attack proved to be a major blow to the Chinese fleet, forcing them to cover all sides from missiles instead of stacking the missile shields in the direction of the US Fleet. This paved the way for the USS Zumwalt, Illinois, and Gerald R. Ford to finish off the rest of the Chinese battlegroup.

Ground BattleEdit

Eventually, the US launched more fighters into the Hawaiian Airspace. This time, the pilots were able to control the airspace, paving the way for the ground fight.

The Hawaii Campaign (Main Island)Edit

The initial assault took place on the Northwest side of the island, where Marines of the 13th MEU were ferried from the USS America to the shore by the recently developed SSC Landing Craft. The primary goal of the 13th MEU was to retake Hilo, Hawaii, and to establish a sizeable beachhead for further US forces. US Navy SEALs infiltrated various settlements throughout the rest of the island, to coordinate with American Resistance forces to take back the rest of the main island.
