Ctarshiy Cyerzhant Vasili Ilyaspovich was an Ultranationalist soldier who fought in both the Second Russian Civil War and World War III. Since his childhood, Vasili has been extremely loyal to the Soviets, thanks in large part to the fact that when he very young his mother was bludgeoned to death by anti-communist dissidents while he watched.

After the fall of the Soviet Union, Ilyaspovich was distraught, and started to become involved in criminal activities. For some time he worked for Russian sex traffickers, kidnapping young women and selling them into lives of forced prostitution. However, he left this business to join the Ultranationalists, and he would go on to help them topple the Russian government during the Second Russian Civil War.
